Go for the 7am class — the shalas are surrounded by jungle and you'll hear birds instead of scooters. The on-site cafe has excellent smoothie bowls. Buy a class pack for better value.

The Yoga Barn lives up to the hype. The morning class in the jungle shala was a life-changing experience. I'm not being dramatic — the combination of the setting, the teaching, and the energy is something special.
