Nomad Tip
The promenade is busiest at sunrise — that's when the magic happens. Run from the Mouille Point lighthouse to Bantry Bay and back for about 7km. Public restrooms and water fountains along the route.

The Sea Point Promenade is the best urban running route I've ever experienced — and I've run in 40+ countries. Ocean on one side, mountains on the other, dolphins in the morning, and always other runners around. I cried actual tears on my last run here.
