Saturday 6:30am start beats the tropical heat. The botanical gardens are beautiful and relatively flat. Bring water — it gets humid fast. Post-run teh tarik is tradition.

Great running group — very mixed crowd of locals and expats. The botanical gardens route is beautiful and relatively shaded. Just be prepared for the humidity — it never lets up in KL.
