The altitude will humble you — expect to run 30-60 seconds per km slower than at sea level for the first two weeks. The Saturday route through the forest is gorgeous.

The Saturday morning run through Chapultepec is pure magic. Shaded trails, friendly people, and the best way to see the park. Just accept that the altitude will slow you down.
