An incredible cultural experience — Georgian wrestling is UNESCO-listed. Communicate through gestures; very little English spoken. Bring a rashguard. The coaches are former national team members.

Tried Georgian wrestling and it was the highlight of my trip. The coaches are former national team athletes. Communication was all gestures but it worked perfectly. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.
