Show your passport for the visitor day pass. The sauna is excellent. Equipment etiquette is strict — always wipe machines and re-rack weights. No phone calls on the gym floor.

Gold's Gym Japan takes equipment seriously — better maintained than any US location I've been to. The sauna is a bonus. Pricey by Asian standards but worth it for the quality and central location.
